Our animals are our family, so chica+co was born from a need to give our kids the best by making sure every single ingredient in our range has medicinal benefits & absolutely no chemicals or any nasties. chica+co started in our family kitchen with my husband Jose and our five fur babies Chica, Tapita, Amarah, Matteo and our little monkey Baeya. Monks (as we like to call her) was born with skeletal malformation and her prognosis for a long pain-free life was not good, so we set about feeding her medicinally sound foods to ensure arthritis and joint wear was minimised. Preventative and supportive foods make up a large part of our range because of what we have learned treating her.
In 2017 we launched our holistic range of foods disguised as treats secure in the knowledge that they’re the best thing on the market.
